Stripped out all redundant power and data, keeping only what was needed for the floor boxes.
Repositioned floor boxes to match the new open-plan layout, setting them out in a clean, consistent grid so the space is flexible and ready for whatever comes next.
Moved and reprogrammed the suspended intelligent LED lighting to suit the new layout. Replaced faulty fittings, added extras where lighting levels did not meet LUX requirements, and replaced old PIR sensors with new to cover the entirety of the floor.
result: An aesthetic, flexible workspace ready for the next tenant, with easier use day-to-day and set up for modern working.
